We devise ways of provisioning aid to the people of developing nations and nations affected by conflict.
Cultural Research Solutions for Development, (CRS4D) is an NGO designed to provide answers to the most fundamental development issues facing people globally and to help people in need. The preponderance of the world’s population lives in developing nations. These may be nations facing an existential threat from another nation, or they may be nations where the threat is from within. Some nations may lack civilian solidarity, rule of law and the security forces to ensure civilian safety. Other nations may simply lack a sustainable stream of revenue or basic resources, such as food and water, or sufficient arable land for cultivation. CRS4D finds solutions for these pressing problems that people living in developing nations or in specific regions face, and CRS4D implements programs to help.
Despite the significant amount of resources that have been poured into development by major development and aid organizations, many of these resources are wasted, and in certain cases do not improve quality of life as they were intended. Where CRS4D fits into the development process is by providing on-site research assessments and developing programs that help strategically allocate resources to the intended recipients.

who are in dire conditions and that require aid are our primary concern ~ whether these are people on the frontlines of war, environmental disaster, or impoverishment, we can help initiate programs to help them. Directly affected groups or individuals and their advocates with proposals for programs are welcome to contact us to see how we can assist.
Devising ways of increasing effectiveness for AID ORGANIZATIONS that need culturally tailored strategies ~ development and emergency aid organizations require strategic research for the purposes of increasing efficiency and longevity of the resources being provisioned. CRS4D can establish this critical link between resource procurement and resource allocation.
Addressing the demands of CONCERNED INDIVIDUALS who want to make a difference in the world through their donations ~ those who wish to donate funds to ameliorate quality of life in developing and war-torn nations can help by funding aid programs that we have devised or funding research that looks for sustainable development solutions. In either case, CRS4D will provide updates to donors regarding how their donations are being put to use and are having an impact.
